What is the savoir-faire of Mr B, or Benjamin Pagès-Caillavel ?
To catch the public’s attention and move him putting forward a strong, subtle and highly original esthetic

His technique? To shed light on different artistic activities, to question the new forms of representation, to be the more creative possible.

What are his spécialities ? The artistic direction of projects, production of events, the follow-up and counseling in every creative process, from the conception to the realization

After having been trained in modern jazz and flip-flops at 7 years old, he starts sociology and political science studies in Toulouse University, Madrid and Paris X Nanterre.

After his studies, he integrates the contemporary flip-flop company Tapage, and takes his artistic career up, above all in the context of a professional training in dancing at James Carlès Center in Toulouse. He works there on the choreography and staging aspects.

At the same moment, he also takes a training in performances production and works with different choreographic companies. Thanks to his professional experiences, he keeps on training in stage management, administration, production and communication. Different trainings lead him to sharpen his skills, above all in audiovisual –at L’Usine, in Tournefeuille- but also in staging –at Pavillon Noir in Aix-en-Provence.

In 2009, when he becomes an official entertainment worker, he integrates the association POPATEX as a responsible of projects. During this collaboration, he widens his network, acquires a certain experience and sharpens his critic viewpoint and his creative spirit.
He is attributed the artistic coordination of various projects in performing arts but also in the event organization.

In 2014, in an impetus of emancipation, he decides to create his own organization, Monsieur B&co
